Capturing real life for Roberts Bakery.

The challenge

With successive rebrands, Roberts Bakery had started to lose touch with their customers and needed to come back home to the things that truly mattered. Raised in Cheshire, this family of bakers are over 140 years old and still proud to be part of everyday moments.

 
 
 
 

The customer

Roberts Bread is for real families, for dippy eggs with soldiers, a proper chip butty and a packed lunch shared with friends at school. But they could see that tastes were changing. As some customers switched from traditional white sliced loaves to more premium alternatives, Roberts needed to elevate their offering and take sandwiches to the next level.

 
 
 
 

The result

We helped Roberts Bakery to develop their new brand look and feel with a library of images that radiate real warmth and positivity. And brought everything together in a new website that reflects their new positioning, ‘Baked to the beat of life’. For their speciality range, we designed packaging with a handcrafted feel, celebrating the distinctive look and traditional ‘D’ shaped bake.
